As the years went by we decided to expand to where we are today.
What has not changed is the respect and care for our bees and our honey to offer a raw and genuine product.

OLIVE TREES
Altitude, exposure to the sun and well-drained soil are important elements for the quality of extra virgin olive oil.
The variety of olive trees combine to create a product that brings with it all the nuances of this land. Our extra virgin oil is produced from typical Tuscan cultivars: Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino.

VEGETABLE GARDEN
We recently moved to Poggioferro so our synergistic garden project is still at the beginning.
For the moment the fruit and vegetables we grow are for the consumption of our family and friends.
We hope to be able to have sufficient production in the future to be able to share it with our community too.

HENS
As we told you in the home page, an essential condition imposed by our daughter Olivia (but on which we also agreed) was the introduction of farmyard animals into our lives. So as soon as we moved into the new house we got some chickens… stay tuned for updates!!
